Very loud party in the lobby/ echo chamber
The place is a huge echo chamber, because the rooms are all in an enclosed space with the lobby. There was a birthday party raging until 11:45pm in the lobby restaurant. I called the front desk 3 times between 1030pm and 1130pm to complain about the noise. It wasn't until I went down to the lobby at 1145pm that security went over and got the party to quiet down. The following morning the staff were understanding and helpful. They comped our parking, which was appreciated.

Staff at check in are not that nice feeling to us. other things are no problem at all. We like this place, not too far from White House that we can walk to after dinner.
