There's only 1 place to stay within 10 kilometres of the centre of Waterfoot Caye, so you'll need to move faster than a kid on red cordial if you want to stay nearby.

As close to the action as you'll get, Yok Ha Belize Resort is a sick place to crash out after a hectic day of seeing the sights.

Further hotel options include the Blue Marlin Beach Resort, which is 19 kilometres from downtown, and the Belizean Dreams Resort, which is 25 kilometres away. Alternatively, venture 25 kilometres away from central Waterfoot Caye to the Hopkins Bay Belize.

Lovely Oceanfront Place with Incredible Staff

I loved my stay here! The staff were incredible-- they were super helpful before and during my stay. Being in front of the beach was so lovely. It is worth the upgrade for the ocean-front room. If I turned my AC off, I could hear the waves at night. Note that this location is not *in* the town of Hopkins, but a bit away. The property has bikes you can borrow (free) to go into town. You can also ask for a taxi (paid). As a solo female traveler, I had no issues here and would recommend it to anyone. I would stay here again.
