Our stay was so nice! We had the 2 bedroom room and it was great! The staff went above and beyond for all of us, even going in and making breakfast an hour and half earlier than normal, just so we had breakfast to eat before our early departure. The room was a little old but very comfortable beds and couch! We would stay there again if we come back to the area!!

Wonderful place to stay with our little one! Lots of room for her to run around and play, plus a full kitchenette made feeding her (and ourselves) so much easier. The staff were very friendly and accommodating (especially when our little one accidentally tried to use the in-room phone).

I give Sonesta ES Suites a rating of 9/10. The only thing that made me rate it a 9 & not 10 is the hotel’s breakfast. It’s always the same. I hope in the future they’ll have variety of different options.

The room, bed and living area were comfortable, but the walls were very dirty. I even found BLOOD (Biohazard)on the walls, which I had to clean with a Lysol wipes. The walls in the restroom were just as bad. The caulking where the floor and shower met has mold. The tiles in this same area are extremely dirty.

The supervisor was amazing and friendly, she did a wonderful job and made sure my stay was comfortable. She provided a list of areas close by for me to eat and ensured I was taken care of. I would def recommend staying there. Staff is very attentive and helpful especially when it comes to knowing families are coming to visit RTC graduates.
