Helpful staff, easy check in, great room!

Very convenient for Gun Wharf shopping

Traditional hotel with a fabulous seafront location. The room and bathroom were a good size. Very comfortable bed. We opted for an upgraded sea view room which was lovely… but if you’re a light sleeper br prepared for both hovercrafts starting up at 6am!! Good selection for breakfast.

Lovely stay. Great gym.

My mother and I stayed in one of the twin rooms. We where greeted at reception by Gracie, who was delightful, allowing us to check in earlier than expected. Later on the evening Josseb, was very helpful in explaining and downloading Uber onto my mobile, no task or request was ever to much trouble. The dining, again all the staff are so happy and helpful, my mother was made to feel very comfortable and special. Our twin room was gorgeous, fantastic bed, crisp white linen, a fridge and safe too. All very clean and comfortable. We will definitely recommended to all our friends and family, and will definitely be returning. Thank you to everyone. June.

Room was clean, functional and everything was working. A bit on the small side but a good price for city centre convenience. Staff polite and helpful.
