Carpet at door entry is torn/ripped. This makes the door hard to open. Shower pullup knob does not come up all the way so part of the water for shower head leaks through the tub faucet. TV controller needs replacing. Could not switch channels with controller. Breakfast was good. Coffee was weak. Need to make stronger coffee and not muddy water.

The last night of our stay there were multiple kids running up and down the halls screaming and yelling well after midnight- I opened my door and asked if they were staying at the hotel and they said no and there was at least 20 kids somewhere between 13-17 years old.

The place is old and needs some updating. Our door wouldn't close and latch when we were out of the room so we just hoped no one would go in and mess with our stuff. When inside we used the latch. Breakfast was awesome, coffee was great and the juice was good too. Tub was clean but old, caulking coming off. Love the showers pressure. Sink didn't drain well at all. Fridge didn't get cold even though we did turn it up. For just a place to sleep and stay a few hours, it'll do. Staff was SUPER friendly and helpful, loved that .

Staff was friendly and easy to check in with. Breakfast was your average buffet but good and it was stocked. Pool and pool area was clean and well kept. The only negative thing I could say, is you had to make sure you pulled or pushed your room door to latch but overall great place to stay.

All together terrible. Nothing was clean and there was hair everywhere of all kinds. The pictures are also VERY misleading. The staff are majority Hispanic and only speak Spanish, and are not aware that it is 2024 and people are YES, BILINGUAL. They talk trash on the guests while they’re walking around in front of them, laughing at people. Not professional, and very “mean girl” treatment.

Hotel was not the cleanest. Needs updating. Shower fixture was loose and the shower had what appeared to be mold around it due to years of not being refreshed. The hotel is convenient, but there are better options available for around the same price.
