Im very please with the customer service of Hotel Nikko, Shio SHINNO, My daughter left her belt bag in the hotel, they communicate so well with me that they were able to ship it to one of my friend home in Japan. Thank you so much! I would highly recommend staying in this hotel prior to your flight. They provide free shuttle and staff is very helful with the luggages.

We had a 9am flight at the Narita Airport so checking in to Hotel Nikko the night before could save us the hassle as the hotel offers free shuttle to the airport which was only a 6-min ride. But surprisingly the design of the hotel was very outdated though cleanliness, maintenance and service were good.

Stayed here for convenience due to an early morning flight out of Narita. Staff were great and the level of service was fantastic. Property itself is definitely in need of an update - nothing in particular bad about it, but generally it felt older, lacked the modern amenities of most Japanese hotels we stayed at, and the hallways had that slightly unpleasant smell that just comes from decades of use. Lawson inside the hotel was a huge plus, though, and the shuttle to airport was very handy. Staff are what made this place.

I'm so happy I decided to get the corner room. Totally worth it! We had an amazing view of the trains below, the SkyTree, and just all of the Tokyo skyline. It was also super quiet. No noise from the trains or street below at all. Which, for Americans, is a little weird. Chicago, LA, NY, you're going to hear sirens and engines, etc. Not here! The restaurant was also wonderful. Loved the buffets for breakfast and lunch, as well as the sit down service for dinner. Had great meals every time we ate there! Loved being right by Tokyo Station too. Super convenient location for getting around. And of all the bidets we used in Japan, the one in our room at this hotel was the best!

The hotel was built in 1978. It has been obviously outdated and need a lot renovations. The staffs are friendly, the cleanliness is OK. However, their food services are expensive and there is not much choices cause the hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. A lot of tour agencies choose this hotel so there are always a lot of tourism buses and one night guests. Maybe a good idea for overnight connecting flight at Narita Airport. Otherwise, don’t see any other reason to stay here.
