Stayed 2 nights. Decent rooms (old but clean) Great Breakfast, great staff. Easy walk to all activities, cable cars and Gornergrat train. I recommend letting them know when you will arrive on the train from Tasch. They will pick you up at the station, else it is ~15min walk with your luggage.

We had a first floor room that I felt could have been a bit better had we been on a higher floor. Our view was of the back side of the next door hotel! Boo! But the hotel itself was very nice and comfy!

I don't normally review properties but this one so impressed me I'm making an exception. Awesome across the board! Great off the beaten path, but still walking distance to everything. Desk staff was so helpful and kind. Have to give Neeco a shout out, so helpful and pleasant. You won't go wrong staying here.

Really nice property! My husband and I think a safety handle in the tub/shower would be helpful. We could not find a way to turn the heat off or air on. Windows helped! Breakfast was the best we’ve had in Switzerland. We ate dinner two nights in the hotel restaurant and both were delicious.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was very comfortable and clean. The daily breakfast had a lot of options and the coffee was excellent! The staff are all very friendly and I found Samuel at the front desk to be very helpful. I hope to come back some day!

Our room with the Matterhorn view was amazing! Rooms were clean, quiet, and staff were friendly. All of our adventures and hikes were easy to get to as well as to explore the city. The shuttle to/from the train station was convenient. Breakfast was included and delicious. The fondue chalet was also nice. Overall a great experience!

The hotel is hosted by friendly and English speaking staff members. The view was slightly obstructed by the trees however you would still be able to catch a glimpse of the Matterhorn mountain for the mountain view room. The toilet was clean however a recommendation of including an insect mesh could be installed.
