Cheap Hotels near Zhangjiajie (DYG) Airport

The reception staff Alice is very helpful and accommodating,very patiently waited while I was having some technical issues issues with the Wise card.Alice was full of empathy and suggest we check in n rest and settle the payment when the system is resolved.upoñ checking out after Alice knowing that we have an early check out ,prepare 2 sets of takeaway breakfast in a bag which is very thoughtful.Apart from her good services,the room was not very impressive and is very run down with sheer curtains full of smell, could have been accumulate from months n smoking though not allowed.Bathroom tape was leaking.breakfast was reasonable but not fantastic as that of a Hilton.the most convenient is the cable car entrance to the Tianmem Gate is just opposite which saves lots of time and the eateries around

The owners were very attentive and friendly and answered any questions we had. The rooms were spacious and had modern fixtures. The owners also helped us resolve an issue related to a ride we booked. Overall they went above and beyond in terms of hospitality :)

This place it's amazing from the service, the food the location word can't describe the beauty and tranquility you would feel here, out only regret was not spending more time in this hotel.

Nice place, excellent host who was willing and able to offer tour advice and provide transport to nearby hubs.

Would definitely recommend! The staff were amazing. Jerry provided great advice on how to experience the surrounding sites and also was very accommodating to anything that came up.

I’m not one for leaving many reviews because I travel all the time and have not made the time to post any comments, but I felt compelled to leave a review for the Glass Inn because this place is truly a hidden gem! This year I have traveled with my wife and my adult children to a number of the Hawaiian islands, Istanbul and other cities around Turkey, many cities in Mexico, and all over Thailand, and I have to say this place is one of the best experiences we have ever had. The resort is located at the base of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park which is an incredible experience by itself and its surroundings are just as scenic. The owners and staff are all amazing! Every morning, within minutes of either sitting in the restaurant area or the outside sitting area, we were greeted with a delicious breakfast that was made with the ingredients they just picked out of their gardens behind the eating area. Candidly, the food in their restaurant is better than we have had at countless restaurants we’ve eaten at in China - the food was outstanding! Finally, because they’re a little bit off of the beaten path, the owners provide free shuttle service in the Mercedes van where they will pick you up wherever the taxi drops you off and they ultimately became our personal drivers Honestly, I could go on and on about this place, but what we enjoyed most was the hospitality, warmth, friendliness and generosity of the owners and staff. It was just an incredible experience!
