The rooms are old, they are not equipped with the right charging accessories to charge an iphone/cell phones. Just not enough plugs in general to be able to charge anything. The hair dryer that came with the room was low quality. Staff are very nice but they come too often.

The receptionist was very nice and recognized me as a Expedia platinum members and informed me that my room would be upgraded to spacious sea view room with balcony. The Manager Guruh was very nice and professional. The breakfast variety was good and all the staff is very polite and helpful.

There is not a lot I did not like about this hotel. If I am being picky the light switches were a bit confusing. Also did not like the glass surround that encompassed the sink as I kept bumping into it in the dark. Everything else was perfect. Staff, cleanliness and facilities were excellent. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The combination of luxury and friendliness makes this hotel one I will definitely recommend to anybody.
