We had a wonderful experience at the Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi. I would like to express my gratitude, particularly to the housekeeping team, for their thoughtful and aesthetically pleasing design, which included fresh petals on the bed and a cake for the birthday celebration. Additionally, I would like to acknowledge the exceptional assistance provided by Salman from the concierge team. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the service was prompt and courteous throughout.

We stayed in a Radnam Pool Villa. There was a number of issues with loose fittings, a tv that kept turning itself on and A/C that was not great in the master bedroom. I also found that there wasn’t a mirror near a plug in the Master so I couldn’t dry my hair in that room. Bedding was lovely and pool area was great too.

The stay here was incredible. All the staff were extremely accomadating, the facilities were top notch and the breakfast buffet 10/10 (I'd recommend paying extra for it if booking here). The hotel is beautiful with a glamorous lobby and cozy room. Bathroom is clean and spacious. Huge pool and beach. Nothing to complain. The only thing we didn't like is the location. There is nothing within walking distance.
