This place is amazing. 100% one of the best hotels I have ever experienced. The staff is super friendly, the atmosphere is relaxing, and you get to see all kinds of wildlife onsite.

This is like staying at a cabin over summer break when you were a kid. All you need and clean just not like a hotel or resort room. I did not mind but my husband would have liked more comforts. I loved the whole resort, and experience would definitely come back. Food was amazing and the most beautiful sunset I think I have ever seen. People were friendly and helpful, activities were all so much fun. It was off the beaten path. Not super close to anything. Plan on staying here for activities.

This property was beautiful, comfortable, and made you feel one with nature. They have onsite spa, hot spring pools to soak in, and outdoor volcanic mud experience that is very unique. The food at the main restaurant is delicious, and the staff are very friend. Would definitely recommend!

The employees at this hotel are proud to be there. Very attentive group with a high sense of urgency. The resort was beautiful and clean. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful property with so much to do on the grounds. We were traveling with two infants and were able to do a few different lakes right from the resort. The pool was nice and the staff were wonderful. My only criticism is there is only one restaurant with the same menu every day and although it is a large selection on the menu, there really isn’t anywhere else to eat close by if you don’t have a car as this is a secluded location. If the restaurant did different theme nights or offered a different menu each night, it might make it a little bit more exciting to eat in the same place for multiple nights in a row.
