Overall the hotel is very good. They, like others, are short of kitchen staff which meant we waited a long time for our meal for 6. That said, the maitre d’ was very professional and the food worth waiting for 😁

Not the best
Poor service. No tv remote in room, asked for one, they said there was one in there, looked again- no remote. Said they would bring one but didn’t- rude when I complained at reception, we needed it to switch tv off . Very rude night porter! No hair dryer! Felt the room had not been used so far this year

Shirt business trip
Unfortunately the room was so cold during the night. There is an air conditioning unit that pumps out warmish air but it’s incredibly noisy. The noise from other guests echoes down the corridor and it’s very difficult to get any peaceful sleep. I was glad to leave and go to another hotel so I was able to get some rest. On a plus note that staff are incredible friendly and the breakfast served is of very high quality.

Well equipped hotel room, comfortable bed and big fluffy pillows. Big window that opens, looking out onto a quiet residential street. Friendly, very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast every morning.
