The hotel is impeccably clean and modern, with everything in the room conveniently controlled by an iPad. The sleek, updated design adds to the overall comfort. The food is exceptional—there’s no need to dine out, as the quality and prices are excellent. The staff are outstanding—courteous, accommodating, and truly go above and beyond. Special thanks to Ada, who took exceptional care of us from check-in to our final dinner. She is an absolute gem and a true asset to the hotel. Highly recommend!

Great Tourist Hotel
Citizen M is a wonderful hotel located in old town Amsterdam. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel seems to be new and very clean. The location is ideal for tourists because the tram stops right outside the hotel and the subway is less than a block away. The breakfast was amazing.

Easy check-in. They got me in a room early at 10:00 a.m. because they had a room ready, which was wonderful. Staff is very helpful and service-oriented. Loved the free sparkling water and the very comfortable king-size bed, which is uncommon in European hotels. Very high tech- everything in the room is controlled by an iPad. The location is great- close to everything, including public transportation.
