It was a very clean property would stay here again it was close to everything we was wanting cafes shops the town was very nice only downfall was the tv didn’t work :(

Seen lots of bad reviews but honestly this place was spot on for anyone needing big attractions within walking distance. The room was clean and had a nice bathroom with walk in shower no complaints at all. Free hot drinks 24/7 and vending machines in reception. We were greeted by a great receptionist who explained everything very well. Even when we left another receptionist asked if we remembered our phones and passports as he could tell we had been to coffee shop. Overall 5 stars from me great for a fair priced stay in the city centre

Great location, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are small and very basic - which is ok. I knew groig in the deal. LOCATION was amazing. The issue was the shower didn't drain, and when I tried to shower in the AM, I was standing in a shower full of water (GROSS)

The lack of elevator to get to the 3rd floor was interesting. Thankfully one of the lovely staff members helped us when we arrived but no one was available when checking out. We dubbed the stairs as the 'death stairs' as they were small and not full sized steps which seemed a hazard when carrying large and heacy suitcases. Bathroom wasnt as clean as expected and room was tiny. Knees almost touching the sink when using the toilet. Rooms are not sound proof and you can hear anyone walking up and down the stairs during the night disturbing sleep. Location wise this property is perfect with it being a few minutes walk from Amsterdam Centraal. Likely would stay again if travelling on own and not carrying suitcases.

BED BUGS INFESTATION!!! Me and my friends got bitten all over our body and when we removed the sheets we wanted to throw up!! Stay away from this place if you don’t want to have a terrible time. On top of that, This hotel doesn’t have an elevator so good luck climbing to your room.

Staying at Manofa was fabulous! Staff were great, all spoke great English, Reception is open 24/7 ! Our rooms were clean and tidy! Pillows Bedding and Towels!! Showers were so powerful they blew you to bits!! Again amazing!! Fresh towels every day! free tea and coffee! ideal central location! Honestly it was just perfect! Absolutely recommend!! 5 stars from me and the girls!! We will be back !! 100%

There is bed bug infestation in our room! Bathroom smells like urine, we tried to clean and disinfect it ourselves but the smells still lingers! So filthy! Bed Linens are also dirty and smells used, it seems they don’t change or laundry their bedsheets. Terrible. We want our money back!!!!

Great location. Only 5 min walk from train station. Everything very close by. Dam square. Bars restaurant. Red light district. Alot of stairs. Steep spiral which i believe is common in amsterdam. Our room had balcony. Quite noisy with traffic. Slight negative. Dirty curtains. And skirting boards were all flaky. Needed good paint. Cobwebs on ceiling.

Location. Location. Location. The hotel is one of the best place to stay if you’re aim is to get out and explore Amsterdam. Basic place amenities. We paid a little over $600 for our 4-day stay in Amsterdam. Room is with two twin beds. Not the most comfy but when you’ve done walking close to 15k steps exploring, it’ll do. Small TV, but we didn’t come to watch tv. No phone. We brought our own obviously. No flat iron, no microwave, no refrigerator. Its own bathroom looks updated except the ceiling. Hot water worked all the time just fine. There’s a sign by the hallway saying “No food in the rooms please?” It was typical euro room in the city center. No elevator which was not really a big deal for us. The location can NOT be beat tho. It’s on Damrak. 5 minute walk from Ams Centraal. Walkable to and from most Ams attractions. The staff were friendly enough. Ready to assist anytime. Free coffee, espresso, cappuccino or hot tea at the reception area which was manned 24/7. We got fresh towels and bed made every day. It’s not a big posh place. Noise from outside the room can be heard. Smoking is NOT allowed. No big deal. Felt secure enough. Ultimately, for the price, it’s a win. Will return if visiting for a short stay. Good enough place that served its purpose.
