Very enjoyable stay at Krisotel. Single room was clean and bright with total blackout blind and shower room was well equipped. Free coffee machine and teas available in reception area, would definitely recommend.

We were pleasantly surprised with our room - we reserved a twin but were upgraded to a quad. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived around 10am but our room wasn’t ready. We were able to store our luggage at the hotel while we walked around the city until our room was ready. So happy there was an elevator since the stairs were quite steep. We would stay here again.

It was a comfortable stay close to centre. Very friendly staff. I had stayed in various other hotels before in Amsterdam, but this is the only place I found that also serves free tea- coffee with multiple options all throughout the day. I am also thankful to the staff for helping with earlier check in. Clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Recommended.

With its prime location, guests are just a stone's throw away from iconic attractions like the Anne Frank House, the Rijksmuseum, and the Van Gogh Museum. The hotel's central location also provides easy access to a wide range of shops, restaurants, and cafes. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine desire to ensure my comfort. While the hotel's location and service were top-notch, it's important to note that it may not be the ideal choice for everyone. The hotel's elevator is quite small and might be challenging for those with mobility limitations. Additionally, the staircase leading to some of the rooms has extremely narrow steps, which could pose a trip hazard for seniors or guests with limited mobility. If you're looking for a centrally located hotel with excellent service and easy access to Amsterdam's top attractions, Krisptel is definitely worth considering. However, if you have mobility issues, it's advisable to inquire about the hotel's accessibility features before making a reservation.
