The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The staff was incredibly attentive. The restaurant was incredible. Some of the best fish we have had anywhere. The sea bass was exceptional.

We were greeted excellently by the staff on a daily basis. The breakfast was fantastic, we ate dinner with the view of the canal, the food fantastic and the service at the same level, we are so happy we didn’t miss that experience, thanks Cova and the rest of your staff.

This hotel is wonderfully located with easy access all around Amsterdam. There are nice shops and dining options close by. We had a superior room with canal view on the 5th floor, but the view is blocked by an inaccessible balcony and the room is quite small. Otherwise, nice hotel we would stay at again.

An extraordinary pleasurable stay at this gorgeous hotel … beautiful suite, fantastic huge bathroom, generous large room with a fantastic view. The breakfast buffet was excellent … we enjoyed this every morning of our stay. Friendly, helpful staff who really went out of their way to ensure that we were very well taken care of. In the very heart of Amsterdam, old world charm at its most enjoyable. Very highly recommend indeed.

This is a really nice hotel in the heart of the old city center. The room and bathroom were up to date/very nice.
