Birubi Beach House says it all , if you like to surf, fish or play around in the sand dunes this house is perfect for you. 

Tri-level home with a relaxed atmosphere will cater for all your holiday needs and keep everyone entertained. There is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with timber vaulted ceilings. Four steps down and you are in the 2nd living area that offers air conditioning and a large screen Smart TV and Wifi which allows you to log into your own Netflix account.   Leading off this living area is the large undercover outdoor alfresco dining area and BBQ cooking facilities - the perfect place to sit back and relax after a big day on the beach and dunes.

Three bedrooms with the main be an open loft design and boasts a huge king bed and ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. Bedroom two has a double bed and the third bedroom is perfect for children and provides a king single bed and single trundle bed The main bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and vanity

The property provides an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer, there is also a clothes line in the enclosed back paved area.  The laundry also has the third shower and toilet, and there is an outdoor shower so you can wash off the excess sand before entering the property - this is really handy for when you come home from the beach with children.

Our stay
Nice lay out on the inside of the house. Only one split Aircon system in the whole house. The house has three levels. The house gets extremely hot as is has an exposed gable roof on the inside. The bedrooms also get very hot, the small fans that are provided are not sufficient to cool down the rooms in the summer temperatures. We had to personally purchase 3 fans in order to be able to sleep at night. The house requires in my opinion a minimum of another 3 split Aircon units to sufficiently cool down the house. We paid a premium price for our stay and expected better. Presentation of the house from the outside was non existing. Definitely needs a lot of TLC. Location of property, need to drive everywhere… not the sort of place where you walk out and go have a coffee. Some lovely beaches around the area though, but all need to be driven to. Overall the house was nice on the inside, nice kitchen, good Wi-Fi, good tv’s with only commercial Chanel’s available, no Foxtel or Netflix available!

Property is great for an adult family…. Plenty of room 3 bathrooms two lounge areas .Although 2 bedrooms a bit hot in summer . Location to beach / fishing spots and shops is very good. Plenty of car and boat parking. Clean and comfortable. Thanks

Lovely holiday home
We had a fantastic family holiday. It was an easy five min walk to Birubi Beach which is awesome for families. The house was well equipped but no dishwasher or outside washing line which was harder with a larger family. But would stay again!

Great Location - get new cleaners
Lovely open house with exposed beams & high ceilings, but because of that it is VERY dusty. Bugs left behind the main bathroom door. Shower needs new washers as it drips. Toilet bowls badly stained. Exhaust fans everywhere filthy. The kitchen one dripping with grease. No lights working on kitchen exhaust. The kitchen shelving is bursting with items that will probably never be used. It needs a huge cull. Flying in from WA & without a car meant having to buy things like dish detergent & toilet paper was a real nuisance. A tiny little heater to heat 3 levels was ridiculous! Very cold. I couldn't get the oven to work or the coffee machine. The first time I did the dishes & let the plug out I had a puddle on the floor. Luckily I was able to tighten the fitting under the sink which minimised any further major problems. Apparently new owners - so hopefully they will get things sorted.
