When I booked this hotel my reservation was in the existing facility not the one across the street. I booked my room before the facility across the street existed. They brought us over to the other facility and gave us a room I did not book. I insisted on the room I booked so they finally gave it to me but it looked nothing like the photos on Expedia website. Will never use this hotel again.

Nice clean minimalist room with comfortable bed and good bathroom. Smart clean lobby and helpful reception staff. Obtaining taxi can take time and hotel is located in a back street but just a short distance from town centre, metro and bus stops. Overall good!

Great location, Good rooms, noisy.
The room itself was a good size, bathroom was great (shower could do with being a tad hotter) but the noise between rooms is quite loud. We had the joys of someone singing along to their phone past midnight, we spoke to reception who said they would investigate but definitely didn’t. We got some ear plugs to help in the end. In general it’s quite noisy through the corridors as hard floors and a small elevator so people talking in hallways is quite loud. Perfect location (we picked up a cruise from here) close to great restaurants and good shops. Shame about the noise but I’d probably still recommend it, just take ear plugs!

Excellent property
We were very pleasantly surprised at the size, cleanliness and overall appearance of our room and the building as well as the front desk lady. We were on the 9th floor which offered a balcony and access to the roof top lounge, all for a very reasonable price. If ever in Piraeus, we will definitely book our room at this location.

Staff was amazing front desk Arnia (not sure this is her spelling of name) my luggage was lost during airport arrival she helped along with other staff by calling airport themselfs to help locate my luggage. Very helpful and accomodaring staff during our stay here. Area around hotel has old abannoned buildings but safe area. its in a central location close to everything would definately stay here again. Thank you staff !!

This was probably one of the nicest boutique hotels we have stayed in with amazing friendly staff. Great location to explore the city. Wonderful breakfast and complementary cakes and coffee throughout the day. The property was a wonderful peaceful haven of calm to return to after exploring the busy city. The room was very spacious, beautifully decorated and chic. Highly recommend

A fantastic Place Near Cruise Port in Athens
A beautiful hotel and a wonderful staff. The room is big and bright and the furnishings are great. Big shower. Overall, a wonderful experience. Don’t be put off by neighborhood, this hotel is a gem and should not be overlooked if you are staying the night before a cruise from Athens!

The bedside lamps did not work, there was no hooks, towel racks or place in the bathroom to hang wet towels or things.. The glass shower wall was to small allowing water from each person’s showers out onto the bathroom floor. Had to clean up water each time. Shower head was not in normal location. Hall noise filters through the room. It just seemed like the room was not completed thoroughly during construction. Location of hotel was close to metro. Lobby was very nice. Close to cruise port.

Clean spacious but quite basic room. Noisy street outside but still comfortable with good king size bed. Difficult to get a taxi when leaving. Narrow street outside hotel often blocked by delivery vans. Staff friendly and helpful but very busy in the morning when guests are leaving.

Good but hot water problem
Nice hotel, comfortable and clean. Nice staff. Only one complaint- we had no hot water for a whole evening so couldn’t shower before our evening out. Not offered an alternative. Asked for manager to consider compensation. Nothing offered. We have another booking next February but will consider cancelling.
