It was very noisy, especially at night. The bathroom drains smelt bad. There were small hairs around the sink and dust motes around the hotel. We were misinformed about breakfast and nearly missed the poor offering on the first morning and then we were given an awful breakfast box (dry sandwich, melba toast, cake slice, boiled egg, orange juice carton) on the second day which I couldn’t eat due to being GF. My husband also found it inedible. Coffee was terrible and not even water offered at breakfast. Wish we hadn’t bothered paying for breakfast and bought earplugs instead! On the plus side, the location for the metro and ferry was good and the roof garden was nice when it wasn’t raining. Staff were pleasant despite the misinformation.

A lovely little hotel with 24-hr friendly front desk staff who spoke English very well, and were very helpful with orientation of the area! I highly recommend this place, and would be happy to stay here again!

We had a suite with separate bedroom and it was absolutely lovely. Very clean. Checking in was a breeze, and the staff were very pleasant and spoke English incredibly well.

Clean room and great if you’re staying in port for one night. The area has a LOT of homeless people and is very dirty. Which is understandable for a port city but it was pretty bad this visit. But the hotel itself was great and just what we needed to catch our ferry

We loved our stay at Gallery Suites and Residences. The staff was so friendly and helpful (and spoke English well). The lobby was bright and clean. Our room was clean and very comfortable. I’d recommend this to anyone who wants to stay near the port

Room was ok, bed was terrible, like sleeping on a piece of plywood. 13eu for a box breakfast, we could have had the buffet across at sister hotel for same, was not given that option.
