The heating had been switched on before we arrived. Which was great as it was very cold. The cabin was very comfortable and well fitted out. Couldn't get the electric blankets to work. The supplied toiletries had been used as had the milk in the fridge. Admittedly at a quick glance that was not obvious.

I loved that use of the pool next door was included in our stay and the mini golf too. Uber eats/dominoes access was simple and easy. Excellent IGA and cafe and liquor store walking distance. Close to multiple tourist attractions in Ballarat. Loved it. 5 stars except our air con spat some brown ice on us on the low setting. Overall loved it.

Communication was great prior & during arrival. The stay met all expectations. We were only a one night stay, so for us it was just a bed to sleep, not a destination. Cabins are clean and tidy, just getting a bit tired. No issues.
