I was involved in an event at The Goods Shed next door, and it was great to be able to walk a few metres at the end of the day to a lovely hotel room. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was quiet, clean, well equipped, and in a great location.

Rooms are comfortable, bathrooms are functional and good sized. The property is next to the Ballarat train station but we hardly hear any noise. About a 10-15 mins walk to the city centre, very enjoyable overall.
