First time staying at this property. Conveniently situated with surrounding restaurants. Check in was good. Got to the room which was cozy and nice. The following morning we ordered from room service and what I found weird was even though there's a room service extension the only way you could get through is by calling the front desk directly. The way the guy who answered the phone spoke to me after not understanding my order was completely eye opening "say what now", for a place that's rated 4 star this is unacceptable. The phone in the room seemed to have an issue because no matter how much times they called the room the calls never connected, I requested the room be serviced as we were out for the day only to return and find bits and pieces of napkin throughout the room, limited restaurant options that are NOT child like. It's always the little things that matter most. Overall I'd give the hotel & my stay a 7/10.

Everything was great except for the room service. It took quite awhile to get to us and was waaay overpriced for what you get. A pasta dish for 27 dollars and it was barely 6 pieces.

The staff was rude and not accommodating. Poor parking and no food options. The floor we stayed on was noisy and not comfortable. The only staff that was pleasant were the valet parking attendants.

The event I was planning to attend was rescheduled. Hotel Indigo refused to cancel without penalty or reschedule my stay for the new date. I will not book here in the future. The booking agents/operators I spoke with on two occasions tried very hard to assist me. I appreciate Cedric and Shan!

I paid for a room with view but got a room with nothing could be seen around. The blanket had red stains. Inform the front desk but nothing was done. While checkout the front desk was rude to explain one charge and even after seeing extra chage was not able to understand and finally took off after my repitative question.
