This is an excellent location with convenient access to everything in midtown. It’s a great place to stay if you want to be near dining and nightlife. The room was huge and very comfortable bed.

Very clean, immaculate. Great customer service, the desk staff were so hospitable and caring, the valet drivers were so helpful. They above and beyond and they truly love helping others. I will be back, highly recommend. It was like home away from home.

The room was clean-but the toiletries were used(left in the counter) they should have left new ones. The gels in the shower had not been checked-the bath gel was COMPLETELY empty. The other 2 were half or 1/4 full. Upon check out staff did not ask about the stay.

The room was very comfortable but there were no full- length mirrors in the room except for on the inside of the closet door with no lighting. In the bathroom there were all the amenities but there should have been more towel hook right outside the shower.

Upon arrival and having a room on the 2nd floor, asked for an upgrade (20$) for a more peaceful stay. The staff confirmed, and mentionned to me that it will be deducted out if my 50$ deposit, which I agreed to. While waiting, I Noticed that I was charged another 71$. When confronting thr staff, they refused to admit the blame and say that they didn't take it, it was just a confirmation and if ti appears to be taken it was probably due to an issue with my bank. Operating with a debit, card, I could definitely see the withdrawal of 131 instead of 50. They finally apologized after a 30 min conversation trying to explain the misdoing to them and showing my bank statement. Simply swaying that they should have mentioned with transparency what happened. I slept well besides that even though the room has hairs in some "easy to clean" places. The quality of the breakfast as well was not the best, but it served its purpose.
