Well located apartment, but portable air conditioner was very noisy and ineffective. Water from cistern leaked constantly into toilet bowl. Clothes dryer kept stopping mid cycle.

Great location
Downtown CBD Auckland. Not far from transportation center, busses plenty. I thought nights would be noisy, but very quiet. A ton of eateries in the area. High end fashion shops too. You’re never far from a coffee shop. Number one ice cream shop is right next door. Gentleman’s Club across the street. Room was nothing high end, very comfortable bed, dim lighting, everything worked and a nice view of other tall buildings.
