Had a four night stay at the property and never had my room cleaned once. On the 2nd day, I went to the front desk to request cleaning of my room and communicated my displeasure. Still, nothing happened. Finally, on the last night, I went to the front desk to get new towels as I was not provided any new towels for my entire stay. Horrendous customer service by the staff at this property.

I ordered and prepaid for a two room sweet a very special occasion and was never told they had any problems ever with other guests in their room . So upon checking in I’m told that room wasn’t available that was the only reason I went there I want a refund and that room comped a king size two room suite

We enjoyed our stay at this location. There was only 1 elevator open & available out of 2. Housekeeping did not visit our room the 3-4 days we were there. Those were not deal breakers for us overall we would book again.
