My stay was not comfortable at the Line: room 956 AC only blows cold air and it was freezing no matter what we did. It was freezing at 80 F setting. The phone to help desk is not working - dead silence. Same with room service. One of the TV is not configured correctly- and I didn't have the time or desire to fiddle with it. I shared it all with the help desk. They said "you can call us anytime." How is that helpful? And how do I call - from the phone which doesn't work? This is not a 4-star hotel experience.

Great value for the money!!
I really like the hotel. My only small complaints are ... 1. I was two rooms from the elevator and you could hear it going up and down all night (I used some white noise from my phone and drowned it out). 2. The gym is OK, but tricky to get to. Overall though, it's a great value for the money!!

Soooo - I really wanted to like this place but. . . . The common areas are all taken over by restaurant and coffee house space. The management doesn't offer a coffee table in the morning so you are stuck waiting for 30 minutes for a decent coffee. The pool isn't heated and useless in the.cold months.

This was one of those rare experiences that I couldn't find anything that wasn't great. Unlike some other reviews, I didn't see any issue with the rooms. They were clean and well-kept. The staff was friendly, and we were accommodated with everything we needed. The hotel was right by the river and had a great view. I was very happy with my experience. Highlights: staff, accommodation, chic decoration, nice touches like disposable slippers, robes, artworks, and little decorative stones they put on our table. Area for improvement: TVs could have been slightly better if they were smart and had features like YouTube, casting, etc.

Hotel stay was fantastic! Super friendly staff, the room was excellent. Got upgraded to a suite. Comfortable and quiet and very spacious. The bar in the lobby was great. Would definitely recommend!

Great food, drinks in all dining options. Shower with fantastic pressure and toiletries/linens were luxurious. Property run down and filthy both in public spaces and our room (stained furniture, beat up doors, curtains, etc). Staff was slow and missing basic hospitality service skills. Overall hotel felt understaffed.
