The two things that stand out to me that I thought were top notch were the convenience of the location and the excellent service by everyone who worked there. The room was not above average but everything else was. I enjoyed having breakfast on the patio each morning and I loved sitting in the garden right outside my door. I would absolutely stay here again.

Incredible stay and service to relax, eat well and get to know the surroundings

This hotel is gorgeous and our stay was lovely. The staff is so friendly and kind. We were greeted with drinks and a warm hand towel at check in, which was much appreciated after a long travel day. We arrived late so chose to order room service and it was delicious! The included breakfast was also fantastic. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the Plaza de Ponchos where the market is located. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great location. Comfortable beds. Hot shower. Wifi. Simple delicous breakfast. Convenient to leave luggage at storage while shopping at the market. Local bus stops close by to take to Peguche waterfalls or bus terminal.

Muy cómodo y el personal es amable siempre. Hay juguetes para niños que ya deben ser actualizados, por ejemplo los carritos, que se notan ya rotos y algunos no sirven

Needs better blinds to avoid the light. There is not elevator
