Staff is very friendly and helpful.. The hotel is situated in a convenient location and easily accessible to nearby shopping malls, pubs and clubs..The room is very clean .
Hotel looks new and comfortable, room is a bit small but functional. Hotel staff is nice and friendly, always ready to help. At this price, that's all anyone can ask for.
- Check in - they could not find my reservation, it takes several minute to check in
- Room - It was dark, missing lamp for working desk.
- Location- Its great location located on Jl.Jend.Sudirman but the noise of vehicle at midnite annoyed me very much
-Safety - Poor, Supposed to check out that day, but I extend 1more night there. Went out for a while (100% sure door was locked) and come back in the afternoon with my room's door was opened , lucky I put everything in my luggage locked. nothing missing.
- Staff- Poor, I automatically asked for refund money for that night. But They still busy to find out who's fault it was. either me as the guest or the housekeeping. At the end they apologize and refund the money for that night.
