The staff was great, food at the restaurant was good although my order was wrong for our evening dining. Great shopping and very convenient for Uber. We will stay there again.
Such a beautiful hotel and location. Staff was so kind and accommodating the entire time as well. The lobby is awesome and welcoming as well with a pool table, beautiful bar, and a great restaurant.
The staff was super welcoming and friendly as soon as I checked- in. Not to mention they gave me vouchers for the bar that's in the lobby. Everything felt really cozy and gave me the best staycation vibe/experience.
The ambiance of the lobby is top notch. Glass windows everywhere and the view of the river and city lights is amazing. During the day/sunset were hitting the glass windows.
The rooms are spacious and I loved having a light switch that controlled the entire room rather than me getting up. I was able to alter the lights if I wanted on high, medium, off or if I wanted one section of the room turned on.
The shower!!! the shower head was AMAZING. You'll see what I mean when you see it!
10/10. I am definitely coming back. Next time I want to try the restaurant in the lobby.
My husband and I were passing through Baltimore on our way home to TN from ME. The staff was wonderful. The room was amazing - the bed was incredibly comfortable - and the view was amazing. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. Also, Snoopy, our 9-year beagle, was very much welcome.
Very nice hotel room, looks exactly like the pictures. They do have a fridge although it doesn’t get that cold. Other than that my stay was great I had no issues!
