One of the best resorts we have ever stayed at! The grounds and pools are beautiful but it’s the staff that are so welcoming! We had the half board and it was great value and well worth it! We hope to come back one day!

I recently stayed at Santhiya Koh Yao Yai and had an unforgettable experience, thanks in large part to the exceptional staff. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that made us feel instantly at home. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, always attentive, kind, and ready to assist with anything we needed. Whether it was arranging transportation, recommending activities, or simply greeting us by name each day, their service was flawless. The beauty of the resort is undeniable, but it’s truly the people who make this place shine. Their care and professionalism added a personal touch that elevated our entire stay. I can confidently say that the staff are the heart and soul of Santhiya, and they make the resort a truly special destination. We left with full hearts and will definitely return, largely because of the outstanding service we received.

The super deluxe room was way more than I could have imagined! When I walked in and saw the breathtaking view I didn’t want to leave. It rained half the time and being in an awesome room definitely made the difference! The staff here are friendly and efficient! Definitely stay here again .

Couldn’t fault this hotel, it was clean, the food was good, the staff were friendly and so helpful. Only downside was that there’s a lot of stairs so if you have knee problems it might be an issue depending on your room
