Great location and they are re-doing the rooms and hotel which is not quite done but the room we stayed in was and it was beautiful! Still a work in progress in other areas - great under ground parking for not much more - Had to wait for our room to be ready. So when they told us to come back waited a long time in a long line to get our room number even though we where all checked in !!!

We had an excellent stay and were very nicely surprised with a room upgrade and gift for our anniversary. The staff were amazing and it made our stay in Banff that much more excellent! The hotel is in the best location to be close to downtown, and is very clean and quiet. Also has great lobby bar and restaurant. Will always try to stay here when travelling to Banff. Thank you to the staff for the great surprises!

The hotel was under Renovation when we stayed but it did not impact our stay. Staff and workers were respectful and quiet. Pool was open and nice. We stayed in the Minnewaka Suite and it was nice to have the extra space and furniture. View isn't the best from this ground floor room though. Bed was comfy; we requested different pillows and it took three requests for them to come but finally arrived. We would stay again.

Location is great. Pool for the kids with two hot tubs plus the steam room. Room service is nice to have. Its our go to hotel has been for years.

Front desk staff very nice. We were checked in to a very old dated room right beside the construction, called the front desk and asked for a updated room away from the noise and they moved us. We really appreciated it. The restaurant upsatirs was great

We really enjoyed our stay here. The newly renovated rooms were lovely, though some things like chipped paint in the bathrooms showed that not every part was refreshed. Beds were super comfortable, the pool area was wonderful (a hot tub and a hot soaking pool in addition to the main pool was fantastic!). Super easy to walk to the river (2 mins max) and to the main street shopping and dining areas. We will stay here again!

definitely time for a renovation (which they are doing) but our room was an old one. Tired and dirty but livable. Pool area is great with warm water, hot tub and even hotter tub. Steam room has eucalyptus which was awesome. Proximity to everything is prime.
