Lovely place except quite noisy at night as you're in the centre of Banff where the nightlife is thriving. This is also a perk though as you are walking distance from all the shops and restaurants. Parking is $18 per day. Breakfast options were great.

We stayed here for a wedding in Banff and had a great time. Room was spacious and clean, and staff are exceptionally helpful and well informed about the area. Just off Banff’s main drag, this hotel is centrally located to shops and dining, including a great bakery just around the corner for morning pastries. All things considered, it was reasonably priced and good value. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Banff.

Fantastic hotel! Very clean and the staff were great. We especially appreciated the woman who runs the breakfast. My partner is celiac, and she went out of her way to make a whole separate plate of food for her so there would be no cross contamination without us even asking! So thoughtful! The only negative about the hotel was that there is not enough parking, yet it was advertised as being available for a fee. The day before our stay we got an email saying if we wanted to be guaranteed a spot, we needed to pay 25 instead of the 18 that was advertised when booking. Thankfully, the staff made sure we got a spot, but just something to be aware of for future guests! Overall, we loved our stay. Room was extremely clean. Perfect location right in town and staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back!

Good overall!
Customer service is always great at Brewsters! You cannot beat the location as it is centrally located downtown, making it extremely walkable. Our room was on the smaller side with 2 queen beds and backed onto the alley. We were on the top floor (3rd), which had nice vaulted ceiling and a mountain view. Some areas were quite dusty but were high up. I put up a birthday banner and balloons, likely the only reason I noticed this. The alley is very loud on Sunday mornings as garbage trucks are picking up garbage. I’d suggest asking for a room on the opposite side of the hotel. The shower is very aggressive, but better than the alternative? Breakfast was okay, enough to fill your stomach for the day. Parking was an additional $18 which is tight, but worth it to be underground. Overall, I’d stay here based on location, customer service, and bed comfort.

Not My Best Stay
The customer service and downtown location were outstanding. I requested a quiet room, was told I was given one, but I wasn’t. Staff did their best but I should have been placed in a quiet(er) room to begin with rather than be given the option to move once settled. Also, housekeeping staff failed to turn off the alarm clock, which went off unexpectedly at 6:00 AM disturbing my family’s much-needed sleep. This should have been checked. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable but the breakfast was mediocre. If you want heated underground parking, I recommend getting there before check-out at 11:00 AM. The underground parking spaces are extremely small and limited. The fee is reasonable at $18 + tax/night. For the price, I don’t think I’ll stay at Brewster Mountain Lodge again.

Great location, love the view.
Our room was on top floor, comes with a balcony with great mountain view. Right in the center of Banff town, close to tons of shops and restaurants. The breakfast and underground parking was very nice too. Had big TV in the room.

Location, location, location. There is everything within a block - restaurants, shops, grocery store, pharmacy, liquor store, best bakery in town (Wild Flour), and the Bow River walking trail is one block away. The hotel is relatively small but has all essentials. Room was very clean, spacious, modern, bed was comfortable. Front desk staff are superb. I requested a room in the interior of the hotel (not facing outside traffic) and it was quiet, except for the creaky floors (wooden?). I heard every step from the room above mine, but it was bearable. Would definitely stay there again!!

Rating a two based on the false advertising of the deluxe rooms and paid parking. Photos have a balcony being shown for the deluxe room, but when we arrived we didn't have one. Spoke with the front desk and it was explained that only one of the deluxe rooms has a balcony, and is$40 extra a night.... That's a different room and is priced differently so it should not be advertised together.

I thought this was one of the cleanest hotels ive stayed at in Banff. The staff was very friendly. I did not like that there were no stairs to the third floor (that I could find) and that some rooms are quite far from the elevator
