Firstly, there was only 1 chair that was a hard sit. There was an 'espresso' maker...we don't drink espresso. The two pillows - one fur and one red on the bed stunk. We could not park in the underground parking...had to park a few blocks down the street...not convenient at all. And...the shower head did not work correctly. Very decent place and the view from the room was quite spectacular. The bed was so comfortable, cozy and a decent size one. Just that it could have been a bit more longer for a 6ft person. Nevertheless, the insulation level is too good that we could not hear any noise from the road. This is my first time in this hotel and I will definitely recommend this to all my friends and family, and will choose to stay here if there is a room available.
