Suite was hard to find even with directions. Did not like parking, was too far away from suite. Only enough coffee for a couple cups and at $600 a night, should have been stocked with 10 cups (20 sugar and 10 whitener), 4-5 pots worth of coffee. Suite was very nice, clean and large. Staff was great. Other than those few things, I would stay again and recommend.

We were happy to stay here for one night before heading out for our backcountry camping trip. We can see ourselves staying here for an extended stay with the amenities provided. Very pleased to notice a strong push for environmental awareness. Suite was updated despite outdoor building looking like an older establishment. Parking was a bit tricky though with some vehicles parked in probably non-parking areas that made it impossible to park in actual parking spots.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice to be away from downtown Banff that this lodging provides. The best benefit was the free ROAM bus transport service from the lodge to downtown Banff. Highly recommend this lodging.

Our stay at this hotel was great. Room was clean. Beds were very comfortable. The mountain view from our room was really nice as well. The complimentary bus passes were a nice bonus. We would definitely stay here again.
