We had an issue with our bathroom drain but the receptionist dealt within right away! He had it fixed as soon as they found out and they were very helpful. Their staff went above and beyond with the service they provide their guest. Will definitely recommend this place.

Convenience. No A/C and they gave us a heater instead of a fan and had no other room to move us. Opening the window made it cooler but too noisy to sleep. Breakfast was very good.

Very Good Hotel.
Our stay was very good. The pictures of the room we booked that were on the hotels.com website were not of the room we were given. Not the hotels fault. They did however change our room to a more suitable room at no extra charge as we had prepaid. Front desk Staff was excellent throughout our stay. There were a few hiccups with amenities in our room but were immediately remedied by the front desk staff. This was our second stay at this hotel and will definitely stay again. Note. This is the second time our room selected on the website at 2 different hotels were not like the advertised pictures on the Hotels.com site. Hotels.com needs to do better.

Nice hotel in great location
Had three rooms here (a single, double and triple) for several family members to explore La Rambla. Check in was smooth. All three rooms were decent sized and comfortable. I stayed in the double and there were only two towels. I didn’t ask for more but 4 would’ve been good. Comfortable beds. Safes in room. Great location. The attached bar/restaurant had good pizza and drinks. I did not try the breakfast buffet. Great location. Very inexpensive. Tons of restaurants and shops right there. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Barcelona.
