Great walk to the Westfield in Belconnen and otherwise an easy access to scooters to get where you want to go, good ol' uni students in a share dorm so if you're an old codger that likes quiet then you won't want to be here, because uni students lol
Was a bit annoyed with the boom gates to get in/out of the parking lot as it never worked and needed to ring the office to be let in/out, but otherwise not shabby, Hella comfy bed

The showers need a really good clean. Obvious maintenance problems not looked at. In general cheap nice just needs some up keep.
Everything good except strong stench smell as we entered the apartment with all windows closed. We found the smell came from the drain in the shower. Probably the property was vacant for a while.
We checked out Ok leaving room key and magnetc fob in the return box 9:30 am. We shared coffee toast and milk with our young perth truck cyclists. No one on duty at reception.
A very good place to stay, I booked it as no other accommodation was available, but surprised, it is very clean and quiet, will stay again if visit Canberra
The reception staff were not helpful at all in giving directions to unit at all. Spent about 30 minutes trying to find it and asked a few other people around whole also could not read the map given to us by reception. All the reception girl would say was "It's sooo easyyyy" with no help. Wont be going back there again
I was given the wrong accommodation there where only students working that did not know what they were doing. Only stayed one night had booked for two. Lost my money on second night. Never again.
Good beds, clean, spacious cupboard, cooking facilities, good value.
The two bathrooms could be a bottle-neck if all 5 bedrooms rooms were occupied.
The paid parking spaces are TINY (in carpark1). You risk damaging adjacent cars when opening doors.
