They lost our breakfast booking so that was disappointing. We expected to have at least one useable pool in a five star hotel but only pool they had was closed. Otherwise condition was execellent and service generally good although they didnt take our bags to room until we asked.

We liked this property for its location for the Americas Cup. The room had a fantastic view which is certainly what sells this room. It definately needed some maintenance due to one of the sinks the water was very slow draining, the bedside light wouldnt turn off unless you unplugged it from the wall and the tv had no signal on any English channel. I reported all of the issues but nothing got done? For what we paid per night it was definately over priced. Lots of cruise ship guests stay here which makes it very busy. Breakfast is expensive for what it is and its so busy its just not enjoyable as well as the food is not very hot. Overall it was ok stay but not worth the money.

If you are going on a virgin cruise the walk to or from the hotel is 100 feet. The rooms are generous sizes. Only problem was no English tv .
