For a VIP hotel and us having reserved a junior suite, we were disappointed that only one 330ml tin of water was provided in our room. We had to purchase extra water. The next day, however, we were given 4 tins of water. Suggest bringing a flashlight or using the light on your phone when having dinner or drinks in the dimly lit restaurant-bar on the 23rd floor.

Very attentive and friendly. Taxis are always lined up around the property and there is a train station across the street. The restaurant on property is amazing and there is also a little coffee/ small bites restaurant there as well. The spa was very nice and clean. Overall, loved ny experience and 10/10 recommend

The only reason this isn’t 5 stars across the board is because the beds were so incredibly hard and felt like a 1 star hotel bed. Everything else about the property, staff, service and location were outstanding, but we won’t stay again unless they have different beds.
