The room was fairly large and was clean. The bathroom was also clean but there is a bit of work that could be done to fix a few things. In our room, the shower curtain rod wasn't installed well and the shower curtain wouldn't stay in place. One thing I did love was the soft bath towels.

The cleanliness of this hotel is lacking. The floor in the room was dirty(not vacuumed/mopped), the bathtub didnt drain properly, hairs all over the "clean" towels, the beds were comfortable and sheets were clean, thankfully. The heating system didnt work the first night so it was freezing( maintenance was able to replace the unit the next day though). The breakfast was decent. The staff were nice and helpful for the most part. All in all I have stayed at way better hotels for the same price.

They need to put salt and clean parking especially the disabilty area. Lady at check was so impatient. Give a person time to get what your asking for.

Disappointing
Was made to wait at checkin for 5-10 minutes while staff did other things. Room was ice cold when we arrived. Heat wasnt on and window was drafty. Thankfully we were heading out to an event after our checkin and didnt need to wait for it to warm up after we turned on the heat and adjuated the window to block the outside air. Light fixtures in the hallways were covered in cobwebs, including some in high traffic areas. Id add ohotos of the cobwebs but app wont let me upload them for some reason.

I booked a ground floor roo and was given a 3rd floor room, and when i said i was sure i booked a ground floor the person checking us in completely ignored me.we are only getting ready for the office Christmas party. And then sleeping. So I let it go. We get into our room start getting ready and the bathroom sink is clogged, so great we are brushing our teeth in the bathtub, the toilet paper holder was broken. Someone kept slamming doors all night.
