I checked in and went to take a shower. There was no hot water. I called the office and was told I couldn’t change rooms until 9:00pm. I finally got a new room after calling the front desk a few times just to find another room without hot water. So.. I never did get to take a shower! NOT HAPPY!!!

Our corner room (209) was extremely large with a great kitchen and dining area, plus it had extremely comfortable beds. HOWEVER, it was advertised as a non-smoking unit but stunk of old cigarettes. I had to sleep with a sheet over my nose and walk to an open window multiple times throughout the evening. Don't stay here if you're sensitive to cigarette smells. I'm sure they just painted over a room that used to be a smoking room, but there's no covering up the years of smoke without gutting the carpet, walls, and old furniture.

Property is old and not well-maintained. The light on the desk didn’t work, and even though the heater was turned up all the way and blew hot air, the room remained cold and drafty. The breakfast fare was mediocre. Only good thing—the bed was comfortable.

VIC the manager committed FRAUD

VIC, THE MANAGER, COMMITED FRAUD. A 14 stay was booked and paid for in full on Hotel.com for a particular room for my elderly mother. My mom gets checked in to the appropriate room and settled in for evening. The next day, VIC, the supposed manager informs my mom she will either have to move to a far less accommodating room AND pay an extra $30 a night or leave BECAUSE there was a room mix up. She refused to move rooms and pay the extra fee so we checked her out the next day. Hotel.com refunded the remainder of the stay. After checking out, a day later, VIC then charges another extra $100 to my debit card without my permission. Called VIC, who refused to refund the money he wrongly charged. Filed fraud with my bank. So, VIC not only proved the worst customer service I have ever encountered, VIC committed FRAUD. The front desk staff is great though. But I would HIGHLY recommend staying anywhere else.
