Beckford Hotels with Parking

Parking was easy and check in was smooth and efficient. The room was quite small but comfortable. Very comfortable bed which meant we slept well. We did have a problem with our key cards though. For some reason they worked once but then they wouldnt work again so we had to keep going to reception to get a new one. Breakfast was ok but we didnt have cooked. The spa was nice but there was nowhere to sit as all tbe loungers were being used. They could do with a few more seats really. The area around the poolside was extremely slippery. There were large pools of surface water as we walked around the pool and my husband actually slipped as we went in but luckily i caught his arm and stopped him from falling. It made me quite nervous after that.

Second time we have stayed here. The staff and rooms are lovely, great location

Excellent stay. The hotel was very reasonably priced and was located in the centre of Worcester. The room was clean, cosy and spacious. The breakfast was ample with plenty of choice including veggie sausages. All the staff were pleasant, helpful and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful 2 night stay

Lovely short walk into town and to the train station allowing us to easily get to Birmingham

Great price, great food and staff were very friendly and helpful. Will go again
