I've booked this hotel twice and enjoyed both stays. It's well-maintained, clean and quiet. Not far from Quinte Mall and there are shops and restaurants near by. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and good bathroom facilities. I especially liked the complimentary coffee, tea and cookies in the lobby. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I loved that this property is dog friendly, front desk staff was lovely, exterior of the hotel was clean and inviting. The interior of my room was so outdated, stained carpet, the most uncomfy bed I have ever slept on in my life which was very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone who loved a plush comfortable hotel sleep.
