The staff were very friendly in both the hotel and casino. Meals in the cafe are huge! Hotel room was clean and the bed comfy. The air conditioner was very loud and annoying.

We really enjoyed it! Comfy beds and pillows and quiet. Downside, the coffee shop by the hotels weren’t open, so I was strolling in my Jammie’s thru the casino at 7am.

Came down for Labour Day long weekend from Metro Vancouver. Never been here before. As we stepped into the hotel lobby we immediately smelled the lingering cigarette smoke, but this was expected being a casino. Our check in was straight-forward and Jack was very friendly. Our North Tower King suite room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and sheets clean. One issue we had was that we couldn't find the lightswitch that controlled the potlights over the headboard, otherwise there were several desklamps to turn on. For those who might visit on business: wifi, while free, has super-strict firewall rules that prevent VPN connections on most ports. I found that ports 80 and 443 (HTTP and HTTPs protocol ports) will work if you configure your VPN client to use these ports. Super irritating though as most people who might have a work-laptop wouldn't be able to configure this to be able to connect to their work's VPN. Dining options were limited and we've left reviews for Red River Cafe and Panasia separately. There also isn't anything around the immediate casino grounds, however a drive into Bellingham is only about 15 minutes away.
