My room upon check in had bad sewer smell but also noticed the furniture in room was badly in need of repair ..I did not get the front desk staff but upon me telling her of sewer smell she did place me in another room but that room also had furniture needed bad repair was scratched and falling apart again I really wish had the staff women name that checked me in and switched my room and I will say the breakfast and noon check out I did like but the reviews made it sound like it was nicer and cleaner but I found for the price and being a Hampton hotel the furniture really needs to meet the standard and price which is not staffs fault but either hotel chain or owner

Room was never cleaned even when it was suppose to until the 4th day. Never was given a reason why the room was not cleaned Never had the bed made daily had to ask for clean towels on the 3rd day Microwave was making a weird sound all night

The continental breakfast was pretty good every day. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Everything was very clean. Room was nice. did not see a single insect or any mold or dirt anywhere. Will 10/10 stay here again

The person at the front desk was incredibly condescending and rude when I was upset that they gave away my room that I had booked and paid for bc I arrived a day late as my teenage daughter was in a car accident the day before. He refused to offer any assistance or help.

Would rebook a stay there.
Friendly staff. The only complaint I have is one of the beds in the room had a big sinkhole in the middle of the matters and every time you moved, it would creak very loud. We moved to the other bed during the night, and it was much better. Room had a strange odor. Great breakfast choices. Safe environment. Would stay again for sure.
