This hotel falls short of expectations for family accommodations. Notably, the bedding required replacement due to excessive hair, and the room's cleanliness was subpar, with dirty tiles and kitchenware. Hallway carpets are worn, outdated, and unclean, necessitating renovation. Furthermore, the first floor's unusual odor suggests potential substance use, compromising safety. Considering these concerns, I strongly recommend exploring alternative hotels, particularly for families. This establishment requires significant refurbishment to enhance its quality and appeal.

The room that I was in was quite spacious and has all the amenities I required for travellers. Some tenents are just noisy as if they are refurbishing inside their room. If youre lucky enough, you might end up with a quiet neighbor then youre stay would be pleasant.

Dishes needed to be washed before we could use them, with food scraps stuck on the top as bottom of several plates, Had to ask for cutlery, some bowls and glasses. Rangehood and microwave very dirty. Dining chairs are material and were filthy and stained. One bottom sheet and a doona. Shower needed to be fixed during our stay. Did not feel safe, especially when we had several knocks on the door between the hours of 9-12pm Nice customer service. Good location and easy to get around.

We didn’t stay because we were told that our room was double booked and I had to arrange for a refund? We did not stay at this property and I have been unsuccessful with my refund either? Frustrated

This is my first ever hotel review, it needed one. By far the worst place i’ve ever stayed at in my life, was absolutely shocking. Police raiding a room whilst we were checking in should of warned us. 7 nights of hell, shady drug users everywhere. Don’t expect to sleep if you book - shouting, screaming, doors slamming all night, we resorted to putting a bottle on the door handle of a night it was that bad. We saw the police there on night 2 and asked what was the deal, he said to me ‘yeah you’ve picked a rough one, you won’t last the week mate’ says it all really. Felt like a junkies hostel, never been so sleep deprived in my life. Do not book this hotel, I promise you’ll regret. Rooms were also disgusting & dirty, wasn’t cleaned once even though we paid a ‘cleaning fee’. Waited until I got my security deposit back before I left this. Do your research people, I wish I did. Ghetto living
