The worst hostel I’ve visited in Berlin!.I felt that it was like a dormitory for teenagers, i didn’t even take a shower there because they didn’t have enough towels!!.

Disliked: Staff & service
The beds and mattress are all of them deformed
The staff were all useless, they did not help to assign me another bed even with the room was empty, they did no help when I was going to use the computer. For this reason the staff is a disaster
Not only has this hostel and the sheets never been been cleaned, and not only is the staff the most rude people I have met in my live, but I was ABUSED physically.
I was experiencing horrible customer service one night I was locked out of my room and needed help. The receptionist didn't want to let me back into my room. I got angry, and eventually he followed me to my room. On the way up he cursed me in German and threatened not to let me into my room. He was threatening me for a couple minutes before he let me in.
After getting in I got more angry and went down to ask for his name (Mohammed Eliasi), but he refused to give it. I took out my phone to film the conversation we had as proof for my complaint because the things he was saying to me were unacceptable and extremely rude. He then HIT my hand so I lost my phone on the ground. I became even more angry and walked up to him, where he HIT ME IN THE FACE TWICE.
Then he called the police and told them I had hit him and had them throw me out in the middle of the night without a refund. It was 2 AM and I am a young girl traveling alone.
I still have my short video showing the receptionist hitting my hand.
The manager refuses to talk to me or give me my refund and is only threatening me over email.
In addition to this I paid them to do my white laundry and now everything I own is PINK.
This place should be shut down. They are horrible people abusing their power.
Everything was broken and the staff was really unfriendly. Ended up leaving early, with two paid nights left. There is somekind of a wedding place practically downstairs, so good luck trying to sleep in these rooms. Especially when there is no AC.
The "kitchen" was so discusting I couldn't even enter it, and the "laundry service" Works only on MONDAYS.
Next time I'll just buy a tent and camp in a park If I can't afford any other place.
It was a chill hostel, met lots of nice people there. It was just a bit smelly. Someone got their money stolen so just be careful there, they have safes in each room. Someone ate my bananas even though I put a note on them so just be careful as well with the kitchen. Overall it’s a good cheap hostel but don’t expect anything fancy.
Location was excellent. Very close to Checkpoint Charlie, metro station and fast food restaurants. Supermarket right behind the hostel in the same building complex. Friendly service in English. Clean bathrooms. Plenty of shower stalls and washing basins. 2 female toilets on every floor. Kitchens and refrigerators on every floor. Wifi was alright. Large luggage room to store my luggage before check-in time.
The stay was good, worth the price especially because of its impressive location, right in the heart of Berlin. The low availability of power sockets in the dorms did seem a bit of a concern but it could be managed nevertheless. Overall, a nice stay!

Worth the price
For the price, it's delivered everything as promised. I wasn't expecting more than it's delivered
This is a very bare-bones hostel.
Pros: rooms felt secure with key card entry, lockers are available in the dorms (bring your own padlock), location is quite central, beds were clean
Cons: common areas and toilets were not cleaned frequently, there were only two women's toilets and sinks shared between several dorms, facebook log-in was required to access wi-fi
I have travelled around Europe and stayed in many different hostels but never in something so dodgy. The hostel is extremely dirty, they hostel staff were extremely impolite. I arrived to the hostel in midnight and only had my Visa card with me which the hostel will not take as the transaction was lower than 20€. The hostel staff told me to go and find an ATM in the area so I asked where the ATM was and he just told me to find it myself and there should be one within 15 minutes away. It is unacceptable.
Located in a nice area of Berlin, it has a supermarket, several stores and a couple restaurants nearby. There is a subway stop about 10 minutes walking distance. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Centrally located near bus stops, subway stations and 2 block from Checkpoint Charlie. Some restaurants are nearby, but a grocery store is on the next block. Had a great stay here and the stay is awesome.
Room was good and spacious (although the covers were too thin and short), staff were good too. The social area was also good. The mens showers were dreadful; 2 days the hot water was barely luke warm and 3 out of the 4 showers were broken in that they nothing to hang the shower head up on the wall. toilets were a mess one day. in both the showers and toilet the staff had opened the hige windows wide open, it was freezing cold in there second floor, tons of wooden pallets everywhere. Overall an ok budget place for a very short stay, in an ok location.

The hostel is clean and well maintained. It is located very close to Checkpoint Charlie and Potsdamer Platz which is another plus. The rooms were OK, we didn't use the kitchen but it was well equipped. The wifi was good. They let us store our luggage before checking in as we had arrived quite early, so it helped us explore the city.
Entering into the building was challenge because the signs to the bell wasn't clear at all. Thanks to a friendly resident, we managed to figure out where the bell was.
