Room was ok for what it was, food in the restaurant was similar to what you would pay 30-40% more for at a Premier inn, but on the last night of 4, I didn’t eat until nearly 8pm & basically had to take the empty crockery back to the bar after half an hour wait and ask for the next course. There was virtually no-one eating, the service was just zero

We have paid a much higher room price at neighbouring hotels but this room was excellent value with a very comfortable bed and excellent views and we will definitely be booking further stays here in the future.

Our 2nd time staying at the willows , staff friendly and very helpful , bedroom was spotless . Only thing was the strong smell of weed on 2nd floor .
