I felt missinformed about important details that could of change my decision of stay in this hotel ( no hot breakfast on Christmas day when everything is close. No room services like cleaning or anything. Hotel is very hold room needs update counters cracked very disappointed. Was expected better for the price paid. Specially nothing was mentioned at the payment time only when I was there they told me.

Conveniently located across the street from the arena. Breakfast was a zero. cold and gross. ate breakfast at 545 when it opens at 530 and everything was cold... but coffee was great!

Staff were friendly, room was comfortable but had a few issues. Either fruit flies or baby flies in the bathroom, toilet tank would not fill to flush, curtain rod loose on wall causing the shower currain to not open fully, causing lots of water on floor. Breakfast invluded but not hot straight out of hot plate.

Went to check iino my hotel, and i had no room booked. I was told i was a no-show for the night before. Had made arrangements to change my stay for friday night instead of thursday, just to be told that my booking wasn't even there. Not very impressed with what happen
