Great location near train and city centre. Nice walk along river with great markets and restaurants. Great food court nearby with lots of different cuisines.

Stayed for on night before starting a guided bike tour in Bordeaux. We met our group at the train station, so this was very convenient for that. Went to an afternoon walk along the river, convenient for that. Not very close to downtown, so we took ride shares back and forth for dinner. The facilities are wonderful, the staff very friendly and attentive. Wonderful breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a good hotel with friendly staff. Incredibly clean. I would advise getting an Uber into the city because the area where the hotel is located is still under developed.

We only had one night here because we were catching a flight the following morning. It was not too far from the main Bordeaux train station which was one of the reasons for choosing this hotel. The service staff were very helpful and the area had a big shopping mall nearby. We also thought it was a bit closer to the airport than the previous stay in Bordeaux.

I travel a lot... Bed is old and hard as a rock (some of the linens are old, pilled) Carpet is stained. No room service. Staff seems proud of giving mininum effort & not going even slightly out of their way for guests. 17 parking spaces for over 100 rooms, so good luck on a busy day. Mediocre, at best.

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. On arrival the staff were friendly and helpful. We had breakfast on my last day and were impressed with the selection and quality of the food. Our room was comfortable and large, with little extras like a sliding wardrobe, ironing board and iron. We also made use of the gym which was another bonus.

Newly renovated. Staff was excellent. Specially Jean at the front desk who was fantastic. Very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Hotel restaurant was good. Ate dinner there our first night. Very good breakfast. I would certainly stay there again.
