Not terrible over all. Nice hotel but heater grate was coming out of wall, toilet seat was cracked. The housekeepers were noisy all night at all hours in and out slamming the door.

My daughter and I stayed here and we liked it very much.The bed is so comfortable and the shower was amazing.We got two bottles of water every day we were there.We went to Salem which was 25 minutes away but to come back to our room was so comfortable and quite to get a good nights sleep.We would definitely stay here again.

The room was nice, bed and pillows very comfy. The reception area is very loud because of the open restaurant area/music there. Please keep in mind that apparently the WiFi is not free, you have to pay! Very disappointing for such a big, well known hotel...even the cheapest motel offers WiFi for free!

Not that good experience
When I tried to call the front desk to confirm my reservation, I called several times and can never got answered which made us to have to arrive the hotel earlier than we planned. The checkin is fine but after we entered room, we found out that the chair is dirty with dust, the shower glass door can not close completely caused the water leaked and wet in the bathroom. The internet should be free but the hotel charged close to 15 dollars until I asked them to refund

As a four-star hotel just have luxurious lobby, but facilities are too old, the wash basin does not drain smoothly, the air conditioner does not work, the hotel is very noisy, and the sound insulation is very poor.
