Building Beautiful, Now Let's Elevate the Stay
Stunning restoration. Great valet staff. Unfortunately, the desk staff wasn't as interested in working there. Busy hanging out with each other vs. taking the time to welcome holiday travelers. Easily solved by professional development and an occasional unexpected management visit or secret shopper program. Breakfast could be better than the coffee shop - though the decor is clever.

Arrived late and left early but everything was great, wish we could’ve stayed longer. It’s in a really cool area and one of the biggest hotels I’ve ever been in but the rooms were very nice, and staff was great.

This is a great property and fantastic location for our needs. It was a family get together before thanksgiving. We had lunch at the Garage. Checkin did NOT tell us that the fun and entertaining Duck Pin was free for guest of the hotel and since 8 of us stayed in 3 different rooms, it was a huge extra and unnecessary expense. When we informed the front desk they simply stated “oh yes, you just show them your room key?!?” How would we have known that since we were NEVER informed?!? Also when walking to our dinner reservation as a group, the front desk sent us in the wrong direction, my teenage nephew looked it up and got us going the right way or we would have missed our reservation. My check in was great. My daughter’s check in however was weird to say the least, she was told repeatedly, 4 times in fact, in a 3 minute conversation, there was no connecting room even though she told him she understood and then asked for her id to check twice. Very weird experience, maybe he was intoxicated or high?!? Front desks needs to do better!!

This is a beautiful hotel, and the rooms are amazing. There are two downsides: 1. This hotel is only three stories so the hallways can be very long and only one elevator. If you are handicapped, difficulty walking king distances please make sure you request a room close to the elevator. 2. They have no gift shop and not a convenience store in the area so hardto buy a drink or snacks.
